The 1,000+ day sourdough with smoked butter arrives as a ritual opener; from there the menu spans charcoal-grilled seafood and meats, fresh pastas, and seasonal Baja produce. Inspired by the Wabi-Sabi philosophy of beauty in simplicity, the vibe is convivial and unhurried—family-style sharing encouraged, closed Wednesdays.
